Other features:
Lovino is quite the fashonista when not in uniform, and it’s something he prides himself on. He can get a little ridiculous about it when it comes to others, so it is a subject one would be wise to steer clear of with the Italian.
He has a curl that sticks stubbornly up and out toward the right side of his head. This seems to run in the family, the wizard side. Lovi hates it when someone touches said curl as it arouses him. He’s starting to convince himself it's some kind of family curse.
Character Background:
Likes: (3 minimum)
Tomatoes: Favorite freaking food.
Gardening: It’s relaxing and Lovino excels at it. He considers it something of a hobby though.
Naps: A nap a day keeps the pissy bitch away. (Kinda) Has a habit of taking said nap outside when the weather permits.
Good food: Namely pasta. He's an extremely picky eater.
Girls: Another side seems to come out of him when he's around women. He’s flirtatious, kind, and friendly. Most of the time. With the ones he really likes he becomes a blubbering idiot.
Dragons: Now to say he's not absolutely terrified of the creatures would be lying, however Lovino is extremely fascinated by the beasts. If he could man up, he'd love to work with them.
Quidditch: Something he can do that Feliciano can't. (Or at least hasn't tried to do.) Also allows him to work off his frustrations from everyday life.
Cooking: On a rare occasion.
Being alone: It’s nice to not have to deal with any bastards
Antonio: askjdfakljflkdjflkdjglkdajgsalkjdflkdjf SHUT THE HELL UP
Dislikes: (3 minimum)
Annoying people: Self explanatory
Perverts/perverted people: Freaking creepers.
People: Kind of in general. He's just not very sociable.
Men: Most of them anyway. Just acts generally hostile toward them.
His curl being touched: For obvious reasons. Violent reactions are the norm for when someone dares.
Foreign food: Most of it at least. Has an extreme hate for potatoes. Swiss cheese is pretty bad too.
Being alone: It’s lonely…
Personality: On the outside Lovino seems to be a rude, cold, standoffish young man who kind of hates everybody. He kind of does. However, the truth of the matter is that Lovino is quite shy and afraid of being hurt by others so he has the tendency to try to just ward them off and/or hurt them before he is hurt instead.
As he grew up, he became a bit hard and extremely foul mouthed, one of his defense mechanisms. Although generally quiet, the Italian has an explosive temper and will not hesitate to speak his mind when angered. However, it should be noted that Lovino often jumps to conclusions and the wrong ones at that.
He tries to act tough, stubborn, and prideful, when in actuality Lovino is a coward, easily embarrassed and rather insecure.
A lazy person, Lovino prefers to let other people take care of difficult tasks. He can be rather dependent on people, especially those few who are close to him. Although when motivated he can be quite the hard worker. He’s very enthusiastic about learning and reading new things, especially about magical creatures, and herbology. Dragons are his favorite magical creature.
Although from an inexperienced eye Lovino seems to treat pretty much everyone the same, with the few rare people he is honestly fond of, his blunt, rude attitude doesn’t hold the bite it usually does. One of the only other ways to tell those he likes is that he’ll seek them out as well as be in their company without much complaint.
Pet?: A female Tawny owl names Carmen.
Background:
For a half blood child, Lovino had a normal wizarding life. He was raised in Italy with his little brother by their Grandfather, the current headmaster. He spent most of his days hiding out in the tomato fields owned by the family choosing mostly to nap. It was there that he gained most of his experience with flora and vegetation, but he ultimately skipped out on whatever chores.
During childhood, Feliciano was more of the star child succeeding where Lovino did not, often causing the latter to resort to seeking any kind of attention he could, even negative. Upon entering school things only got worse for Lovino. He had a hard time with basic spells, as they would often backfire or he would be unable to perform them at all. With much time and enough practice, he eventually was able to create the spells properly; he received much teasing, so much so that he was often called a Squib. Such happenings are what ultimately rooted Lovino into his current behaviors.
After finishing secondary school, Lovino felt it was time to move out of his grandfather's house, and moved into a small apartment all his own, in the muggle section of Naples. He came to Hogwarts University to further his studies,
Even during the summer he doesn't return to his Grandfather's home. He comes to visit often occasionally, but right now summer seems to be the only time he's free of those two crazies.
Relations with other characters:
North Italy:Baby brother. Often acts as if Feliciano is a major pain in his ass, but is very protective of him. Wants to be a good "big brother". Has a major inferiority complex about the things Feliciano can do better than him. Out of the two he's probably the bigger chicken.
Rome: Grandfather who never really helped with his inferiority complex to Feliciano since the man favors the younger brother. Since as a child, Lovino never felt he got enough attention from the man he’s very Tsun-tsun about receiving it now.
Spain: Went to Secondary school with him and over the years became close friends. Seems to be nicer when its just the two of them rather than in a crowd. Also totes crushing on him, but asdasdjlj sshhhhhh.

He sighed as his books clattered down and hit the floor once again. Cursing under his breath Lovino bent down and began to gather them up one by one.
Yeah, it was a more than a bit stupid to check out almost every book he could find on dragons from the library, but there was no way in hell he was going to wait for someone else to finish it before he could get his hands on it. Think of how long that bastard could have it. And what if it got lost? Fuck that.
Just as the Italian had gotten his hoard tucked under his chin, prepared to carry them again, a certain familiar pair of shoes came into his line of sight. His ever present scowl deepened as he looked up at the Charms teacher, who had a slightly perplexed frown pointed right back at him.
"…What?" He wasn't in the mood.
The Chinese man huffed at his rudeness, "Just want to remind you of private practice, Mr. Vargas. Tomorrow night, 10 pm. No be late-aru."
Gathering himself he stood up and went on his way back to the commons. "Yeah, Yeah. Thanks for the reminder Professor."
God, he hated that class.
